The hits keep on coming this week: I am deeply honored to let you know that the Hispanic Democrats of Westchester have endorsed my campaign for re-election in the upcoming Democratic primary!
Our city is the Jewel of Westchester for many reasons, but first among those is the incredible diversity we’re blessed to have in our residents. And our growing Hispanic population adds so much to the culture of Mount Vernon, and brings incredible vibrancy to our neighborhoods.
I am particularly proud of this endorsement because the Hispanic Dems do the hard work of political organizing all around Westchester County. Their collective voice matters. And their political involvement is a truly vital part of what makes the Democratic Party so strong in our City and our County.
Remember, the Democratic primary is on Tuesday, June 27th, with early voting beginning on Saturday, June 17th.
Together we will continue to move Mount Vernon forward.
