Mount Vernon Housing Fair
The Mount Vernon Housing Fair will bring together many housing assistance organizations that will provide information on housing benefits you can use. This housing fair is brought to you by Mayor Richard Thomas's Healthy Homes Initiative.
Learn about the Home Buyer Program, which can help you qualify for a $14,500 grant that can be used for closing costs and down payment on a residential property.
Home owners can get information on foreclosure prevention counseling and reverse mortgage products.
Tenants with a landlord-tenant dispute can get information on their Tenant Rights and connect with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley for assistance.
Date: Saturday, June 29 - 12noon to 3pm
Place: Mount Vernon City Hall Plaza
In the event of rain, Housing Fair will be
held inside City Hall.
