Mount Vernon Rising invites you to a FREE chance to win a $500 gift card at a May 14 extravaganza on the steps of City Hall.    The fun starts at 6 p.m. and it includes the premiere of a short film about Mount Vernon, plus guest appearances by Doug E. Fresh, members of the UniverSoul Circus, the Force MD's and Oprah/Wendy Williams show producer and author Patrick Riley.
